This is going to be quick because when I like to look for a recipe I just want to see the ingredients and steps. But I just want to add that this isn’t only super quick but also healthier than store bought Jam. It’s 100% organic and refined sugar free!

-3-4 cups of frozen strawberries
-1/4 cup of maple syrup
-2 tablespoons of whole chia seeds
-Dash of salt
-Squeeze of lemon (this helps preserve the Jam)

  1. In a sauce pan stir the strawberries on med-high heat until tender (about 5-10 minutes).
  2. Mash the strawberries and add the maple syrup stir for approx another 5 mins. (it should be quite watery at this point)
  3. Lastly add the chia and stir until it thickens. Squeeze the lemon give it one last stir add it to a mason jar with an air tight lid. let it cool for a bit and then store in the fridge. The should last 5-7 days so eat up!

There you have it folks! Quick, simple and healthy!
