If you ask anyone who knows me they know that I am a chocolate addict. As a kid I used to throw tantrums and cry and my parents would give me chocolate precisely the Kinder Bueno. Now that I know what is in that chocolate I fully regret my tantrums and wish my parents would have just force fed me some veggies instead. Anyway, I came up with different ways to get my chocolate fix in a healthy and nutritious way! Here is one of them my Choco Loco Smoothie. A Healthy treat that is packed with antioxidants. This smoothie is completely vegan, healthy and delicious.

Recipe:

Raw Cacao Powder (1 Tbsp): Cacao beans are rich in natural antioxidant compounds with many health benefits. Flavonoid antioxidants in cacao have significant benefits for your cardiovascular system and can lower your cholesterol.
Maca Powder(1 Tbsp): Maca is rich in vitamin B vitamins, C, and E. It provides plenty of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and amino acids. It’s great for mood, energy, skin and sexual function.
Cashew Milk (1 Cup): Home made (will post the recipe soon). Source of  Vitamin K  an essential part of several different proteins that are responsible for making blood clot and building strong bones as well as magnesium.
Banana (1 large): Too many benefits to list but we know bananas aid digestion and are rich in Vitamin B6 and potassium. They also have manganese, fiber and copper. They are also delicious and yummy!! I have since found out I have a banana sensitivity lol! So I just add some Maple Syrup to sweeten the taste and some a handful of goji berries.
Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp): Chia seeds contain calcium, manganese, and phosphorus, and is a great source of healthy omega-3 fats.

I throw everything into my ninja blend blend blend , take a 1000 photos for my blog and until I am satisfied with one and then I enjoy it :).
